Hello... I met PTech at a networking group and needed computer services done at the office. Had him do virus protection, hook up router and set up a new lap-top, everything was done in good time and pricing is great for the services.

After a holiday visit from my grandchildren, I discovered the pre-teens playing on my computer! Later, I found that I could not access my emails or any of my important documents. I am visually impaired and my computer is specially set up with a big screen for my convenience. No one could figure out what had happened, and I was panicked. Scott Pauli of Pauli Technologies came to the rescue! Within 1 hour, Scott had figured out the problem, cleaned up my computer and all was restored to normalcy!
