Good work environment.

SG Analytics is a great company to work with. I am happy that this company gives a platform to achievers and leaders and people who have the guts to take risks and perform. You are allowed to make mistakes while working but you are also expected to build a plan B so that you don't have to go through any past mistakes. For learners this company offers a lot, of course, one has to leave behind the ego that they know everything under the sun. Believe me its been 21 years and I am still learning new skills. Learning from my analysts, senior analysts, CEOs, Directors, and everyone around me. I take risks, I accept challenges and I fulfill results as per expectations of the company. Look at a glass half-filled with water. Many see them as half empty, few consider them as half full. It depends on what you want to see? Full or empty? Rest I leave up to the readers of this review. I am sure there are many colleagues who might be satisfied and happy working here. Please check with them. M sure one can find many.

Very good company to start a career! Company has put more focus on work life balance of employees during pandemic!the appraisals were done in time!this year company has also initiated profit sharing criteria amongst employees!

Good organisation to work for under a very good leadership.Have been them for 5+ years now ..the organisation is growing very rapidly and at the same time work environment / work culture is very conducive for growth and learning. You are always appreciated well for your efforts ..this year they started with a profit sharing plan too for the employees, very rare any company does this.
