I worked here for past 2 years and I believe this is one of the best place to start your career especially for freshers.. Yah salary is less but what can a fresher except.. Take experience go to other companies post ur 1.5 to 2yrs and that's what I did and I got a good package in MNC (CTS) and happy that I stayed in Omega despite challenges. I see many comments like they don't give salary post training etc etc... Guys common they give us training and they expect some effort from us to score a minimum.. and y will they pay when u don't score or show interest. Coming to trainers.. yah agree not all trainers are good also not all are perfect too.. Keeping high expectations and later blaming company is not good.. Put ur efforts and put time and you will grow and if not then maybe medical billing is simply not for u. U may try other career field or simply work on ur passion.

I saw few very bad and negative comments which is totally fake below stating Omegans treat differently for people from other states etc which I don’t agree with, because I am working here from past 5 years and still counting I feel this is the best company for people from all over from other states. I have been closely watching new hires and employees being recruited with all language speaking fellow mates all over omega Bangalore location. Adding to this, employees they expect is who is quick learner with basic skill set and to tackle pressure if needed to set your project inflow smoother and if you have that skill set congratulations !! You have a very good bright future with job security at 100% :)

A very good company as well as the infrastructure is good and they give a proper and very good traning and also handle the employees good

It is really world best worst worst company treating employees as a slaves in office they should work after reaching home also login to there system work till morning and Saturday and Sunday also work, and no OT no incentive

No Doubt No1 outsourcing company in India...But I abscond 3 years back..no I feel very bad about myself..still Am trying to Rejoin in omega

Working environment is very good. And there is increment in salary too.
