Wow..!! What a quick process. I was contacted by the HR, she scheduled 2 rounds of interview and that's it. I am shortlisted. My offer has been released. They asked me to join immediately, but I conveyed to the HR that I would be available only after a notice period of 1 month and I was respected for my timeline. I joined after officially relieving from my previous company and joined DataM Intelligence. Only then did I understand how amicable the management is up to. I strongly believe that people get offer letters only when they truly deserve. Managements even buy out few candidates like me when they are really deserving and whose expectations are in-line with the market standards. These days, I have been seeing few people who gets easily frustrated when they don't get 130% or 160% hikes on their current salaries (which is way too high) with the experience of around 4 or 5 years. It doesn't seem like expectation in any of the ways. It is mere greed which may not Anyways, I am more than happy as I joined a company where every employee is seen and given equal priority and opportunity based on multiple facets. Thanks to the team of DataM who is involved in the process of my interview and onboarding. Wish to have a long-term career and relationship with DataM.
