Good complex place and broad parking place and wide area Availability.

Parking is always housefull. There are many small sized offices in this complex. Security guard on the gate makes no-sense as there is no proper checking and entry register is not maintained neatly. The surrounding area is okay.

Good place for office

I have rented an office space here. The owner of the office is very coordial. Internet by Airtel fiber is the most affordable. The building does have power backup of its own. It takes 1 minute to switch over though. So UPS for routers would be needed. Invertors not needed though. Toilets are kind of ok with respect to cleanliness and maintenance. Clubhouse toilets don't seem to be maintained at all - they stink. The cafeteria owner also has house-keeping business in the premise. There is monopoly in this regard. You get the infra done for small office and the House Keeping agency chief cum cafeteria owner will demand 15k for Mathadi fees even though you haven't opted for the mathadi labor. If you avoid paying, there will be obstruction on goods loading from service lift. If we need to talk about food, Celebrations restaurant and Golden Punjab restaurant might have good options Relax restaurant comes in next. With respect to cafeteria though, masala and oil used isn't good and may cause trouble in stomach.

The place is really good, but can work on cleanliness and lift always breakdown.

Society bahuut badi hai, yaha bahut saari companies bhi hai, store bhi kaafi ache ache hai, parking ki bhi suvidha hai voh bhi no cost, wheelchair accessible hai, education institute bhi hai, services achi hai, atmosphere bhi acha hai. Must visit
