Bothra Group, established in 1977, is a multi-faceted logistics service provider with expertise across its group companies. Founded by Mr. R.C Bothra, the group revolutionized traditional ship stevedoring services by introducing mechanized cargo handling equipment in Visakhapatnam port.

Over the years, Bothra Group strategically diversified into various nodes of the supply chain, providing customized end-to-end logistics solutions to its clients. In 2004, Jaldhi Overseas Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore to assist clients in managing risk exposure in the volatile freight market through ship chartering.

Since 2011, Bothra Group expanded into terminal ownership and operations under concession agreements. Currently, the group operates four terminals and is constructing a 10MMTPA coal terminal in Paradip, scheduled to begin operations in Q2 2020.

In 2018, Prologis Freight joined the Bothra Group, offering one-stop logistics services for containerized cargo, expanding the group's market reach.
