MAQBIT - a software that enhances your business operations through web and mobile application development.

As a tech company specializing in web and mobile app development, my role includes:

- Managing accounts to meet or surpass target goals regarding revenue growth, activities, profit margin, product and service sales balance, client retention, and acquisition.

- Following all quality standards and procedures for customer acquisition, seizing opportunities, and submitting tender and contract documents.

- Overseeing the bid management process and managing order levels while maintaining our CRM database.

- Keeping a close eye on the marketplace and competitors' activities through regular reviews and feedback.

- Building effective relationships with customers with regular interactions, and identifying further sales and business growth opportunities.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns that support our sales strategy. This also involves generating new business and promoting other products of our company.

- Recognizing the need for new products and services to foresee and possibly lead market trends.

- Implementing company-wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, addressing customer needs, and managing the sales process from identifying opportunities to the customer's final sign-off.

- Conducting regular project reviews involving all participants to ensure knowledge transfer.
